Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Therapist to provide essential mental health services to children and families in Allen County. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle and client needs. As a Therapist, you will provide clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy in home or community-based settings.Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy in home or community-based settings.
  • Manage a caseload of six families/clients, conducting at least two visits per week per client.
  • Engage in short-term crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, offering support to assigned families as needed.
Qualifications:
  • LSW, LPC, or above licensure in good standing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing therapy or counseling services.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations within Allen County.
