  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians
  • Provide treatment for illnesses and injuries, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our clients
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, request orders, and transcribe as necessary
  • Participate in admission and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for our clients
Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN license
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
