Chamberlain, a 120-year-old industry leader, is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our existing client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reports on field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing and Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement.

Chamberlain is a leading organization in the industry, committed to excellence and innovation. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.
