The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween store. This includes ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the total operation of a store, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Control expenses and optimize store performance to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours.
