Job Overview
As an Inventory Control Specialist at GPM Investments LLC, you will be responsible for conducting retail inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of the data collected. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of financial systems. You will be working closely with the District Manager's and Store Manager's to identify store issues and develop preliminary audit schedules for the district.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit 16-20 retail stores monthly, including counting and reconciling physical inventories
  • Develop and implement procedures to reduce errors in inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to identify and address store issues
  • Conduct visual checklists at each store to assess store conditions, maintenance issues, safety concerns, marketing promotions, and loss prevention awareness
  • Relate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation and builds partnerships

Requirements:
  • Frequent bending, counting on knees, and moving product up to 25lbs
  • Proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Office and Open Office applications
  • Able to travel, including occasional overnight stays, with reliable transportation
