Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers to secure new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to identify and develop high-level partnership opportunities.
  • Manage all sponsorship deliverables, including implementation, planning, coordination, and logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current sponsors and ensure their satisfaction with on-site activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with direct responsibility for overseeing marketing, promotion, sponsorship sales, and on-site management.
  • Strong knowledge of association-related sponsorship management, including promotion, target marketing, direct sales, account retention, program implementation, and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, customer service, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage revenue and expense budgets and provide pipeline and forecast management.
  • Experience working with event and sponsorship management platforms.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
