Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing service requests promptly and professionally.
- Support the General Manager and Assistant Property Manager in overseeing property staff, including maintenance and security personnel, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
- Understand and enforce the operational protocols and regulations of the property.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
