Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in the following areas:
- Installation, configuration, and upkeep of software and hardware, including PCs, Macs, operating systems, antivirus solutions, and peripheral devices.
- Documenting user requests and resolutions in detail for all support interactions.
- Utilizing effective problem-solving techniques to address issues.
- Maintaining and updating information systems and applications regularly.
- Configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and associated productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with PC imaging processes.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
