Key Responsibilities:- Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data before arrival
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, listen to their concerns, and establish promised time
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, and obtain proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining them by manufacturers' specifications
- Meet sales objectives, and maintain a dealership-prescribed standard for hours per customer repair order written
- 2+ years of experience in a dealership position
- 1 year of exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and clean valid driver license
- General knowledge of vehicles' mechanical operations
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
