About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Surgical Operational Efficiency Specialist (SOES) team, where you will be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, providing hands-on support for KARL STORZ advanced medical devices within your assigned hospital.
You will collaborate closely with the Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room teams, playing a critical role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures. This position offers a gateway to an exciting and diverse career path.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, on-site assistance in the Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and Biomed departments at your assigned hospital.
- Set up and maintain KARL STORZ video systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices.
- Oversee repair and equipment exchange processes.
- Transport, clean, and sterilize instruments after use.
- Clinical Support: Background in biomedical engineering is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize email, calendars, virtual collaboration tools, and spreadsheets to manage tasks, analyze data, and support business decisions.
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Analyze situations to understand the "why" and "how," delivering solutions with professionalism.
