Job Overview
Pristma Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Unit Care Coordinator. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and fostering patient-centered care in an acute inpatient setting.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans of care, assess patient needs, and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless care transitions. Your expertise in nursing process assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes will drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure the highest standards of patient safety.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, cost containment, and regulatory compliance, including familiarity with state statutes and policies governing nursing practice. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, but an Associate's Degree is also acceptable with relevant experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
