About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group, PLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef Manager in a high-volume foodservice environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
