Financial Bookkeeper

We are The Susan Horak Group, a property management office seeking a skilled Financial Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Job Responsibilities:- Process, record, and payment of all vendor invoices as part of Accounts Payable functions
- Manage company credit card charges and payments ensuring timely reconciliation
- Capture and invoice maintenance work order time and materials accurately
- Evaluate chargeability of time and material cost on remodel and construction jobs
- Invoice chargeable costs of remodel and construction jobs in a timely manner
- Apply and deposit customer payments efficiently
- Review and reconcile payroll detailed reports prior to submission to outside firm to ensure accuracy and timeliness of bi-weekly payroll
- Previous experience in performing Accounts Payable/Receivable duties with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior experience in reconciling credit cards and managing financial records
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
This position offers a competitive salary range of $38,000 to $43,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our business operations. Additionally, we provide benefits including dental and medical coverage, ensuring your well-being and security.
