We are The Susan Horak Group, a property management office seeking a skilled Financial Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process, record, and payment of all vendor invoices as part of Accounts Payable functions
  • Manage company credit card charges and payments ensuring timely reconciliation
  • Capture and invoice maintenance work order time and materials accurately
  • Evaluate chargeability of time and material cost on remodel and construction jobs
  • Invoice chargeable costs of remodel and construction jobs in a timely manner
  • Apply and deposit customer payments efficiently
  • Review and reconcile payroll detailed reports prior to submission to outside firm to ensure accuracy and timeliness of bi-weekly payroll
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in performing Accounts Payable/Receivable duties with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in reconciling credit cards and managing financial records
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
