Bookkeeping Specialist Job Description

Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner
  • Track and manage donations and grants received by the organization
  • Generate financial reports, including monthly financial statements and annual budgets
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors on financial matters

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
