About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial operations, ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and payment of invoices and expenses.
  • Review and verify vendor invoices and subcontractor bills for compliance with company policies.
  • Experience with subcontracts, purchase orders, invoicing, bookkeeping, AP/AR, general ledgers, financial statements, job costing, and administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management and accounts payable, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Foundation software or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
