Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive mental health services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapies.
* Conduct regular patient evaluations, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
* Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of practice.
* Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health nursing, with a focus on adult and adolescent populations.
* Strong clinical skills, with expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
