Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. As a CNA, you will provide personalized care and support to our elderly residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and community
  • Assist with meal service, including feeding and hydration
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, ensuring individualized care and support
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; experience working with elderly preferred
  • Basic reading and writing skills, with ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Full use of hands, arms, and legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
