Candidate Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid BCBA certification and maintain good standing with the BACB
- Experience in supervising ABA programs in various settings such as home, school, or center-based environments is essential
- Willingness to engage in continuous personal and professional growth

- Able to thrive in a dynamic work atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass a range of duties aimed at delivering high-quality ABA services to families and children diagnosed with conditions such as ASD, ADD, ADHD, and speech and language delays. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Training staff and parents
- Collaborating with other professionals and participating in clinical meetings
- Providing engaging and informative parent training sessions, both individually and in groups
As a Behavior Analyst, you will:
- Act as a primary or secondary supervisor on clinical cases as assigned by the Clinical Director
- Draft behavior modification and skill acquisition plans
- Independently perform assessments and prepare treatment reports for insurance submission
- Facilitate regular parent training sessions
- Stay current with professional certification through workshops and training
- Participate in clinical meetings with parents and staff
- Build and maintain relationships with families to meet their clinical needs
- Provide supervision in various settings including home, center, and school
- Coordinate care with other service providers
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients
- Maintain accurate records of client files
- Support staff training and development as needed
- Adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code of the BACB at all times
