Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, including supervising team leaders, sous chefs, and team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Service Quality: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by building professional relationships with guests and encouraging team members to do the same.
  • Team Management: Conduct on-the-job training for team members, provide guidance and direction, and coach and document performance as needed.
  • Financial Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and necessary financial records, including sales tracking, labor tracking, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Assist in creating promotional programs to increase revenue and average check.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with F&B senior leadership and other departments, and participate in daily pre-shift meetings as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a similar style operation.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Not required.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Environmental Factors: Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust, loud noises, bright lights, and smoke.
