Key Responsibilities- Develop and Perform Cellular and Molecular Biology Assays: Design and execute biochemical and cell-based assays to screen and evaluate drug activity and mechanism of action.
- Contribute to Lead Helicon Transition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition lead helicons to development candidate status and IND-enabling experimentation.
- Record, Analyze, and Present Data: Accurately record, analyze, and present data to team and company leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across functional teams to efficiently identify drug candidates and move them to the clinic.

- Education and Experience: BS or M.S. in cancer biology or related field with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience developing and performing biochemical and cell-based assays, high-throughput screening, CRISPR, RNAi, immunofluorescence, and confocal microscopy.
- Soft Skills: Innovative, creative, inquisitive, motivated researcher with strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work on-site and attend in-person meetings.
