We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at North Star Behavioral Health Hospital. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing psychotherapeutic services to children and adolescents in our acute care program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, ensuring therapy interventions are directly related to treatment plan goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and review the Master Treatment Plan and Treatment Plan updates.
- Ensure that treatment plan goals and interventions effectively address acuity, patient management issues, and target behaviors.
- Communicate patient progress and readiness for discharge to members of the treatment team.
- A master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Alaska LCSW or LPC licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
- Proficiency in providing psychotherapeutic services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
