Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Lourdes Health Network. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in patient and family education.
Responsibilities- Provide total nursing care for patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in patient and family education, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Meet the educational and experience requirements outlined below.
- BSN preferred.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population serviced in the ICU.
- Previous education and experience in critical care nursing or a desire and willingness to learn and participate in related coursework to develop intensive care nursing abilities.
- Current Registered Nurse License in Washington State required.
- Current AHA BLS required.
- ACLS Certification within six (6) months of hire date required.
- TNCC or four (4) hours of approved trauma education preferred.
- Critical Care or Medical/Surgical Nursing Certification preferred.
- Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities preferred.
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.
