Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse at Prisma Health, you will play a vital role in providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting. Your primary responsibility will be to foster patient/family centered care, ensuring that every individual receives the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on the assessed needs of patients, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify nursing priorities and validate these priorities with the healthcare team.
  • Provide direct care to assigned patients, consistent with the established nursing plan, and delegate tasks as appropriate to members of the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care and revise as needed, ensuring that patient outcomes are met.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
