With a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your strong communication and delegation skills will enable you to effectively coordinate care, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting age-specific admission and ongoing assessments to inform care planning
- Collaborating with healthcare teams, patients, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Revising care plans in response to changes in patient status
- Administering treatments and medications accurately and documenting in electronic medical records
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or approved program eligible for VA licensure
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure
- CPR and ACLS certifications as needed
- Computer skills for electronic medical records (EPIC)
