About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Lourdes Health Network. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and coordinate total nursing care for patients in our ICU.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in patient and family teaching to promote health and wellness
  • Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other patient care personnel to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • BSN preferred
  • Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population serviced in the ICU
  • Previous education and experience in critical care nursing or a desire and willingness to learn and participate in related course work to develop intensive care nursing abilities
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Washington State required
  • Current AHA BLS required
  • ACLS Certification within six (6) months of hire date required
  • TNCC or four (4) hours of approved trauma education preferred
  • Critical Care or Medical/Surgical Nursing Certification preferred
  • Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities preferred
  • Ability to work with a culturally diverse population
