Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Tohono O'odham Nation.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
This role is based in Sells, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the financial data flow of the division.
- Conducting all third party billing functions.
- Reconciling for all third party billing, correcting any billing errors and resubmitting to the appropriate agency.
- Responding to inquiries concerning covered charges, payments and billing questions.
- Providing written reports regarding billing status.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by conducting research, attending seminars and meetings; educational workshops, classes and conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing networks; participating in professional societies; conferring with representatives of contracting agencies and related organizations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and two years' work experience in an accounting setting, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this position.
