Third Party Billing Coordinator

The Tohono O'odham Nation is seeking a Third Party Billing Coordinator to join our team in Sells, AZ. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for administering all third party billing functions to meet the department or program needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical assistance to meet BIA regulations, interacting and consulting with users to identify business system requirements, and preparing detailed specifications from which financial data flow can be developed. You will also oversee the financial data flow of the division, reconcile for all third party billing, correcting any billing errors and resubmitting to the appropriate agency.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and two years' work experience in an accounting setting, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and work experience. Additionally, you must be able to exercise independent judgment, communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with other employees and the general public.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
