Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Payroll Manager - Houston to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with federal and jurisdictional laws. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing year-end tax reporting and reconciliation, including W-2 forms.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including terminations and vacation accruals.
  2. Ensure accurate calculation of overtime and maintain accurate records.
  3. Support internal and external audits by ensuring payroll records are accurate, organized, and properly maintained.
  4. Stay informed of updates to federal or jurisdictional payroll laws and regulations.
