Executive Director of MBA Programs
As the Executive Director of MBA Programs at Questrom School of Business, you will be responsible for overseeing the Full-Time and Part-Time MBA student experience. This includes providing engaging community programming, ensuring operational excellence, and providing strategic leadership for the MBA programs. You will work with teams focused on community engagement, academic advising, and support to continuously improve and enhance the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in seeking continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Understand the competitive landscape of management education and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Partner with admissions and marketing teams to attract diverse talent and promote the MBA programs.
- Ensure student data integrity and implement effective operational processes.
- Integrate career services into the MBA programs to support student success.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 8+ years of related experience in business education or a related field.
- 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and developing staff.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff, with a focus on collaborative management and strategic thinking.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for business education.
