About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at Wright Tree Service. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a line clearance crew and planning daily work to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a line clearance crew to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Conduct safety training and ensure crew members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and arboricultural techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand circuit maps and electrical circuits.
  • Valid commercial driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • First-Aid and CPR certification.
