Electrical Engineer Opportunity

Kearfott Corporation, a global Aerospace and Defense supplier, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Guidance & Navigation Division in Pine Brook, NJ.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to design and develop high-reliability electronics for inertial navigation systems. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for electrical circuit design, emphasizing component selection and application analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical circuits for inertial navigation systems
  • Perform trade studies and present materials for peer review
  • Conduct research studies and investigations to solve moderately complex technical problems
  • Prepare reports, charts, and graphs to document design and development activities
Requirements
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics design and development
  • Strong knowledge of circuit design and analysis using industry-standard tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with defense/aerospace hardware and environments
  • Knowledge of MIL-STDs and DOORS requirements management software
  • Team/group/project leadership experience
