Job Description OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Med Surg registered nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract. As a Med Surg nurse with Ethos Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct routine medical procedures, administer medications, and perform various medical tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current RN license and at least 2 years of experience in Med Surg nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
