Sales Leadership Position

Job DescriptionAs an Insurance Industry Recruiter at Gridiron Financial, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This will involve developing strategic partnerships, identifying potential clients, and closing deals. You'll also be responsible for training and mentoring new agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field. With a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
