DaBella, a leading home improvement services company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Houston.
Compensation PackageWe offer an attractive compensation package, including an estimated first-year earnings of up to $70k-90k, with top performers earning $150k+ annually. Additionally, you will receive uncapped bonus opportunities and total ownership of your income.
About the RoleAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled appointments, discovering customer needs and wants, and pitching home-improvement solutions. You will also have the opportunity to build rapport and foster long-term partnerships, driving sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Attend pre-scheduled appointments and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Pitch home-improvement solutions that meet the customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- A valid driver's license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within designated sales territory.
