They will also be able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with expert guidance on risk management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Partners with internal stakeholders and external experts to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Works closely with clients to understand their risk management needs and develops bespoke solutions to address them.
  • Maintains strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance on risk management best practices.
  • Prepares and presents risk management proposals to clients, highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Key Requirements
  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • The ability to analyze complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • A valid state-specific insurance agent license or the ability to obtain one within three months.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary, with an estimated $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, continuing education reimbursement, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan.
