Job Title: Submarine Combat Systems Analyst Professional

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to join our team as a Submarine Combat Systems Analyst. This role involves analyzing and assessing the performance of Navy submarine sonar and combat systems through operational and systems performance analysis.

This position requires a creative and analytical individual who can assess in-lab and at-sea system performance to inform future development decision-making and optimize operational utility and employment. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate combat systems at various levels, including operational, functional, technical, and system performance.

This role offers the opportunity to research, investigate, and experiment with next-generation analysis capabilities, applying creative solutions to complex problems. You will participate in advanced development planning and testing as a subject matter expert at developer/Fleet facilities or at-sea in support of assessment of submarine-based combat systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with system developers and analysis team members to ensure comprehensive test scope, analysis methodology, and data requirements.
- Assess in-lab and at-sea system performance to inform future development decision-making and optimize operational utility and employment.
- Research, investigate, and experiment with next-generation analysis capabilities, applying creative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:
- BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Extensive relevant experience in submarine sonar system operational employment and training or possess a MS degree in Engineering.
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance by your start date and ultimately a TS/SCI level clearance.
