Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to women, babies, and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in a critical care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, perform diagnostic procedures, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification in Pediatric Acute Care or Critical Care.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Proven experience in pediatric critical care or acute care nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
