Job Overview
As a Control Systems Engineer at Paulo Products Company, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong background in control systems, including PLCs, SCADAs, and SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and SQL database design
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day equipment problems
- Analyze processes and equipment to determine requirements, including function, reliability, maintenance, cost, and safety
- Plan and execute projects or continuing programs which include the specification, purchase, compliance with applicable codes, and installation of new automation/control systems

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3-year work experience in control systems
- Strong knowledge of automation and control systems, including PLC, SCADA, SQL Server, VBA, and HTML5
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
