Industrial Automation Designer

Qualigence is seeking an Industrial Automation Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and engineering custom conveyor systems for industrial automation applications.
Responsibilities- Design and engineer custom conveyor systems using CAD software
- Initiate project kickoff meetings with customers' engineering teams
- Create mechanical drawings, make revisions, and secure customer approval
- Manage communication between in-house teams and customers throughout the design process
- Proficient use of AutoCAD and 3D software (Inventor or SolidWorks)
- 2 or 4-year mechanical engineering degree preferred
- Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, comprehensive benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and long-term disability. Our company also offers paid holiday and vacation time.
