Operations Support Coordinator

The Operations Support Coordinator will deliver administrative assistance to Operations Managers and Supervisors within the organization.
Primary Duties
- Facilitate the processing of purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in the verification and counting of inventory, as well as the ordering of supplies
- Support management with payroll administration and onboarding of new employees
- Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, including the maintenance of office machinery
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to complete data entry for equipment and communicate effectively with operations
- Procure office and warehouse supplies as necessary
- Coordinate morale-boosting and training events, such as holiday celebrations and team-building activities
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and reimbursements for the operations team
- Additional responsibilities may include:
- Providing general assistance to visitors
- Receiving and organizing incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting the creation of show books for Operations Supervisors
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent administrative experience in a fast-paced business setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

- Ability to act as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions that benefit both the client and the organization
