Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 180 Snacks Inc. in Anaheim, CA. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, job transactions, and receiving POs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, cash receipts, and credit applications.
  • Track and analyze accruals, providing regular updates to management.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including submitting temporary payroll and creating invoices.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our ERP system.


Requirements:

  • College degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including email, file management, task management, and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
