Position Overview

We are looking for skilled candidates for the role of Housing Inspector. This role is essential in evaluating residential units to ensure adherence to established program standards. Responsibilities include generating detailed reports, gathering evidence, and maintaining regular communication with the community. The inspector will interpret and clarify regulations, utilize sound professional judgment, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities while fostering positive relationships with both residents and property owners. The role also requires travel between various properties.
