Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing your expertise in communication and sciences disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the diverse communication needs of students, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Provide Speech Language Pathology services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), working closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active Speech Language Pathology License.
