Position Overview

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing and providing treatment for individuals facing challenges related to communication, cognitive function, and swallowing capabilities. This role requires collaboration with various healthcare professionals, including physicians and family members, to ensure comprehensive patient care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and progress.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, AHA HCP (BLS) certification, and ASHA certificate of clinical competence.


Note: This position is classified as safety-sensitive.


Compensation:

Salary Range: $57.54 per hour
