Job Summary

The Technical Training Coordinator role at Holtec International is a critical position that ensures the company's technical workforce receives accurate and effective training and development. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive training curriculum, ensuring compliance with the curriculum, tracking training progress, delivering training sessions, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Curriculum Development: Analyze training needs and develop a curriculum that meets the requirements of the technical workforce.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions in various settings, including traditional classroom presentations, recorded presentations, and virtual classroom sessions.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Coordination: Utilize Holtec's LMS to coordinate training schedules, track training needs, and develop reports to ensure measurement objectives are met.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and subject matter experts to develop program content and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Course Evaluation and Update: Continuously evaluate procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update the curriculum as needed.
  • Training Aids and Support Materials: Develop and maintain training aids and support materials to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in training development or a related business field.
  • Experience: Prior training and presentation experience preferred, as well as prior experience in program management.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management, and knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and similar programs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in an office environment or on the production floor.
