- Project Management and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage multiple projects/programs, demonstrate flexibility and experience with problem-solving, fostering teamwork, and managing change.
- Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years of technology-related training experience, documented experience with developing and implementing training programs, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace, basic knowledge of Yardi, Realpage, Salesforce, Tableau, and familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
