Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it into designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and assist with banquet table and front of the house set up.
  • Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product, and distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
