Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests, providing timely and effective solutions to our customers.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Track tools and supplies, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HVAC or related fields, with a strong understanding of system design and installation principles.
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and the ability to interpret complex schematics.
  • Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting, bending, and working at heights.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with residential rough-ins, duct work, trim outs, AC change outs, duct change outs, and mini-split installation.
