  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clarity of project goals and optimal resource utilization.
  • Continuously update knowledge of technology and industry trends to ensure capital estimates reflect accurate market conditions.
  • Develop and implement metrics for verifying cost and construction estimates.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in fields such as:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Civil Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Construction Science
    • Construction Management
  • Over 10 years of experience in the field.
  • At least 5 years of field experience.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a background in renewable energy or transmission projects.
