Resumen del Puesto
El Coordinador de Comunicaciones Internas es responsable de brindar apoyo de primera línea al equipo de Recursos Humanos en el diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de un enfoque estratégico efectivo para las comunicaciones internas y externas de la empresa.

Esto incluye comunicaciones para asociados, objetivos estratégicos de negocio y de Recursos Humanos, programas de beneficios, políticas, compromiso comunitario y esfuerzos de relaciones públicas.

Este rol traduce las estrategias comerciales en mensajes clave, desarrolla iniciativas de comunicación apropiadas en apoyo de esas estrategias y ejecuta programas que generan entusiasmo, impulsan el compromiso, alinean equipos y moldean la cultura.

Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar, coordinar, compilar y difundir información relacionada con comunicaciones, compromiso y marca del empleador, incluyendo comunicados de prensa, anuncios, memorandos, informes, videos, presentaciones, diseño web, etc.
- Colaborar con miembros clave del equipo interno para generar ideas de contenido alineadas con la visión de la empresa y en apoyo de diversas iniciativas estratégicas.
- Apoyar los esfuerzos de comunicación de la alta dirección, incluyendo redacción, edición y distribución de comunicaciones internas a otros líderes y asociados.
- Alinear mensajes y coordinar el flujo de comunicaciones internas y externas.
- Crear y diseñar contenido para boletines internos y externos.
- Apoyar, analizar y evaluar los resultados de las campañas de comunicación para mejorar continuamente la claridad y accesibilidad.
- Crear y editar contenido de video para mensajes internos y externos.
- Colaborar con reclutamiento, incorporación, seguridad, gestión del aprendizaje, beneficios y otras áreas de Recursos Humanos para desarrollar comunicaciones de calidad.

Calificaciones
- Título universitario en relaciones públicas, negocios, comunicaciones o campo relacionado.
- De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en un rol de comunicaciones, relaciones públicas, marketing o relacionado.
- Alto grado de confidencialidad.
- Experiencia con WordPress, diseño web, diseño gráfico, SEO y análisis de datos.
- Habilidades en fotografía y edición de video.
- Experiencia previa en redacción y edición de contenido de marketing; preferiblemente con contenido web y digital.
- Experiencia gestionando cuentas de redes sociales de marca.
